Behind SkinPro Glam - Yuliya
My journey into skincare started long before I became an esthetician. With a Master’s chemistry degree in skincare and pharmaceutical products, I spent eight years working behind the scenes in the professional skincare industry. I was deeply involved in selecting and testing ingredient systems, overseeing raw material quality to ensure smooth production, and working directly with brands.
Through this experience, I gained a deep understanding of how skincare is developed, manufactured, and optimized for results. I saw firsthand how quality ingredients, formulations, and production processes affect a product’s effectiveness. But what I didn’t see was the people actually using them—those struggling to navigate overwhelming choices, battling skin concerns, and feeling lost in a sea of conflicting advice.
That’s what led me to step into the treatment room. Becoming a licensed esthetician allowed me to connect directly with clients, understand their struggles, and apply my knowledge in a hands-on way. Instead of just ensuring high-quality products make it to the shelves, I now focus on choosing the best professional treatments and homecare for each individual’s skin needs—without being tied to any single brand.
